Step 1. Add to Cart
Locate the “Add to Cart” button on the right side of the page. After choosing to “Add to Cart”, you will notice VoiceQA™ in your cart.

Step 2. Select Your CallPointer
Under “Quick Links”, select “Add a CallPointer”. A CallPointer™ is required to use VoiceQA and you may choose a local number or 800#.

Step 3. Get Your Own CallPointer
Locate the “Get Your Own CallPointer” section on the right side of the page.

Step 4. Select Your Area Code/ Prefix
Under “Type”, select a local or 800# CallPointer by using the “Get Your Own CallPointer” drop-down window. If choosing a local number, select the desired “Area Code/ Prefix” for your new number.

Step 5. Select Your CallPointer Phone Number
Just check the box to select your new number and then click “Add to Cart”.

Step 6. Verify Your Cart
Preview your cart to confirm that the correct CallPointer number(s) and VoiceQA are in your cart. After you have reviewed your cart, select, “Check Out”.

Step 7. Create An Account
Before you can Check Out, you will need to “Create an Account”. If you already have an account, simply login with your Voice Internet username and password.

Step 8. Select A Billing Plan
You may select a billing plan, by clicking on the “Change Plan” link.
Note: If you do not select a billing plan, the Basic plan will automatically appear in your cart.

Step 9. Complete Your User Profile & Billing Information
Enter your information in the fields indicated and click “Continue”.

Step 10. Review your order
Confirm the details of your order and finish.
